Products
What box will I be receiving when I order a subscription?
Faithbox comes once each month so your first box will ship at the end of the ordering month and arrive by the beginning of the upcoming month. You will not receive the box from the same month your order was placed in. (i.e. if your order was placed on February 8th you will not receive the February Faithbox, you will receive the March box).
As for what’s included in each months box, we don’t release exactly what will be in each box as we love to surprise our subscribers with a variety of unique faith-filled products. However, you can expect a daily devotional and impact guide in every box. If you would like to see what products have been included in past boxes for an idea, feel free to look at our Faithbox store (shop.faithbox.com) or visit our Instagram page @getfaithbox.

What is a Faithbox Subscription?
A Faithbox subscription is an auto-renewing subscription service. When purchasing a Faithbox subscription box, you will receive a Christian themed monthly box which includes an impact guide, a daily devotional for the month called Everyday Faith, and various products hand picked by the Faithbox team from eco-friendly and do-good companies from around the world.
Faithpak subscription is for the book lover! Get the monthly devotional, books, prayer cards and spiritual inventory!
Can I cancel my Faithbox shop order?
Based on time zones and when an order was placed, sometimes we are unable to stop the order. If you need to cancel an order, contact Customer Support by emailing support@faithbox.com as soon as you can we we will try our best to work with you.
If I order a past box from the Faithbox Shop, am I also signing up for a subscription?
If you order anything from our store at shop.faithbox.com, including a past box/devotional, you are only ordering that product. This does not sign you up for a subscription.
Is the Faithbox Shop different from a Faithbox subscription?
Yes! Our Faithbox Shop sells past boxes, t-shirts, books, past devotionals, and other products that have been included in past boxes. Nothing you purchase from the Faithbox store signs you up for a subscription. If you would like to sign up for a subscription, you have to do so through the main page.
Gifting
Can I purchase Faithbox as a gift?
Absolutely! You have two options: a Gift Subscription or a Faithbox Shop Gift Card. (Shop gift cards cannot be applied to subscriptions and vice versa as these are two different systems).
Gift Subscription
Visit our Gift page to purchase a Gift Subscription. You can set it up to renew monthly, quarterly or annually (or you can set it not to renew if you prefer).
Note that you’ll be setting up the Gift Subscription in your own Faithbox account, so if your gift recipient wants to continue with Faithbox after your gift expires, she’ll need to set up her own Faithbox account and subscribe there.
Faithbox Shop Gift Cards
The Faithbox Shop offers one-time purchases of past boxes and other items of interest to the Faithbox audience. Gift cards for the Shop are available here.
You can purchase a gift card and send it to your recipient via email. (We don’t offer physical gift cards.) Your recipient will then apply the gift card code to their order at checkout on the Faithbox Shop. If there is a remaining balance on the gift card it will be stored and applied to a future purchase.
Gift cards can only be used at the Faithbox Shop (https://shop.faithbox.com) and CAN NOT be used on a subscription. To gift a subscription, see the instructions above or just visit our Gift page.
When will my gift ship?
Gift shipment works the same as regular product shipments. If it is a product from our store, your order will be process within 48 hours. If it is a subscription, it will be processed for the next month’s subscription. For details, please see the Shipping and Returns section of the FAQ.
Gift card purchases are emailed to you immediately upon purchase. After checkout the gift card code will be emailed to you, and you can choose how best to pass it along to the gift recipient.
How does gifting work?
You can either gift a subscription or an item from our store. All you’ll need to do is add your recipient’s information and shipping address at checkout in the Gift section. Personal gift messages are emailed to the recipient when their first box ships.
What products can I purchase as a gift?
You can purchase any of our Faithbox products as a gift. This includes subscriptions, Gift Cards, or anything from our store.
Does Faithbox send a Gift Message?
Gift messages cannot be added into your Faithbox. However, if you wish to send your recipient a notification about the gift, the following messages are available for download and can be emailed or printed.

Shipping & Returns
I tracked my box and it's not moving, why is this?
This is normal for packages to start tracking and then stop. Depending on the distance from one facility to the next, tracking may not update for up to 4-5 business days (sometimes more) as the package travels to its next location. There may also be times where a parcel may not move due to holidays or weather related network closures.
***PLEASE NOTE – USPS experiences significant shipping delays during the holidays and your tracking my not update for longer periods of time. This could also mean your item may not arrive for several weeks. We truly apologize for any delays you may be experiencing.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I did not receive it.
Sorry to hear this! Several things can happen –
1) Another family member has brought it into the house and forgot to tell you (we hear this story a lot)
2) A neighbor has signed for it and has it
3) Your postal carrier delivered it to the wrong house or apartment or at the front desk of your apartment because it does not fit into your lock box
4) Your postal carrier returned it to the post office, left you a receipt to pick up at the post office and it’s waiting for your pickup. If it is “unclaimed”, it will be returned to Faithbox with postage fees due.
5) Lastly, we have noticed a somewhat common trend with USPS lately where tracking information will say a package is delivered only for the package to actually arrive a few days later. So if the first two possibilities we’ve mentioned do not prove correct, would you mind giving it another day or two and then confirming with us that you still haven’t received it? At that point we will gladly send replacements. We just want to rule out all of these first which we can assure you are all quite common occurrences.
6) Shipped to the wrong address that you provided and will be returned to us with additional postage fees due.
7) Please call your local post office hub and ask them to speak with the driver on your route Plus provide your tracking information so they can find out more on where they delivered it on your route, if it was returned to the post office, etc. They can provide you with more intel than our customer support team can.
After checking all these scenarios off your list, and you still cannot find it, Please contact our Faithbox support team at support@faithbox.com and we’ll make arrangements to ship you a one time replacement.
When will my box arrive?
Faithbox ships with mass shipments at the end of each month, typically leaving our warehouse around the 25th. When the order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Use that tracking link to find out when your order will arrive.
Faithbox partners with a shipping fulfillment network. Your shipment is processed, picked up and then handed off to the USPS network for “last-mile” delivery so the postal carrier that visits your address every day can deliver your packages. Your package will be delivered to the final destination by your local USPS carrier typically within 4 – 7 business days after it begins tracking. With that said, Faithboxes usually arrive within the first 7-10 days of the month, sometimes it may be longer, depending on your location throughout the United States or overseas. Holidays or weather in your local areas can also cause delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $7.95 for US shipments for the full Faithbox subscription and $4.95 for a Faithpak subscription. International shipments vary, but you can see your shipping total at checkout before you order your products. We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. If you live outside of the US or Canada, we encourage our international customers to download our FREE Everyday Faith App. Click here to learn more!
How can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address at any time from your account page.
Shipping addresses must be updated by the 15th of the month to ensure correct delivery. If your address is not updated before the 15th of the month, the box will be sent to your old address.
When will my Everyday Faith Shop order ship?
Your Everyday Faith Shop order will be processed within 48 business hours of purchasing the product. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to deliver. If you have any issues with your tracking, please contact support@faithbox.com.
*Shipping times will vary by vendor and orders may come in separate shipments.
When will my Faithbox Subscription ship?
If you purchase a subscription BEFORE the 18th of the month (at times this date is extended), your first box will ship out the last week of that same month (shipping begins on the 25th) and arrive by the beginning of the upcoming month. You will not receive the box from the same month your order was placed in. (i.e. if your order was placed on February 8th you will not receive the February Faithbox, you will receive the March box).
Example: You purchased your subscription on January 8th. Your first box will ship out starting on the 25th January and arrive for the first week of February. If you don’t receive it by the 11th of the expected month (February 11th in this example), then let us know as every now and then boxes do go missing in shipping. We will work on getting you a replacement. Just make sure you check your shipping to find out if it’s been delivered first or if it’s in your area already.

My Faithbox is missing something / I got delivered something I did not order.
If you believe you are missing a product, or you were delivered the wrong product, please contact support@faithbox.com and we will work with you to fix the issue!
My Faithbox was not delivered.
If you have a subscription and your box has not been delivered by the 11th of the month, or if you ordered something from our store and you think it may be lost or delivered to the wrong address, please contact support@faithbox.com and we will do our best to locate your order for you. Our Customer Service will work with you as best we can to ensure you receive the products you paid for.
I moved and forgot to change my address
If you’ve moved and already ordered a product/subscription, unfortunately it’s too late to stop your shipment. If you’ve logged in and updated your address between the 15th – 25th, which is our production time, we most likely have not received your correct address for this shipment, but definitely the next box. If you have a forwarding address, The Postal Service will not forward it to your new location, nor will they redeliver without incurring additional postage fees up to $12, sometimes more! Yes, it will be returned to Faithbox with postage due fees and not forwarded to your new address. Sometimes it’s possible to retrieve it from your old location, but we understand this will not always work.
We will try our best to help out in any way we can but we’ll need your help too. Please log in to your account to view your address and then contact Customer Service Please provide us with your account name and correct email address associated with the order, along with your old and new address and we will review your account to ensure future shipments reach you. If you are not able to retrieve this shipment from its shipping location, no worries we will make arrangements to issue a replacement, additional fees may apply.
What's your return policy?
At the current moment, we do not accept returns and therefore refunds cannot be issued in the event a Faithox is shipped back to our warehouse.
If a purchased subscription box arrives damaged or is missing an item, our team will look into the matter and see if that box or single item can be reshipped.
However, sending back boxes no longer wanted, does not warrant a refund as we do not accept returns. Therefore we ask that you bless someone you know can use your Faithbox instead.

How will I be billed?
Monthly Faithbox Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed $39.95 plus $7.95 shipping.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th of each month.
Example: Purchased subscription on 5/1, you will be billed again on 6/7.
Example: Purchased subscription on 5/30, you will be billed again on 6/7.
3-month Subscriptions
3-month subscriptions are billed at an upfront cost of $104.85 plus $7.95 shipping for each box and renews automatically every three months.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th of each month.
Example: Purchased subscription on 3/7, you will be billed again on 6/7.
Example: Purchased subscription on 3/18, you will be billed again on 6/7.
6-month Subscriptions
6-month subscriptions are billed at an upfront cost of $197.70 plus $7.95 shipping for each box and renews automatically every six months.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th of each month.
Example: Purchased subscription on 3/7, you will be billed again on 9/7.
Example: Purchased subscription on 3/18, you will be billed again on 9/7.
12-month Subscriptions
12-month subscriptions are billed at an upfront cost of $359.40 plus $7.95 shipping for each box and renews automatically every twelve months.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th of each month.
Example: Purchased subscription on 3/7, you will be billed again on 3/7 the following year.
Example: Purchased subscription on 3/18, you will be billed again on 3/7 the following year.
Faithpak Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed $22.95 plus $4.95 shipping for each box.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th of each month.
3-month Subscriptions
3-month subscriptions are billed at an upfront cost of $62.85 plus $4.95 shipping for each box and renews automatically every three months.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th once every 3 months.
6-month Subscriptions
6-month subscriptions are billed at an upfront cost of $119.70 plus $4.95 shipping for each box and renews automatically every three months.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th once every 6 months.
12-month Subscriptions
12-month subscriptions are billed at an upfront cost of $215.40 plus $4.95 shipping for each box and renews automatically every twelve months.
Subscriptions renew on the 7th once each year.
How do I use a gift card?
You can apply the gift card code to your order at checkout and if there is a remaining balance, it will be applied to the next order or subscription renewal.
There is a 6-month expiration from the date the gift card was purchased. If you are using the gift card on a subscription, a credit card will need to be on file in the event the balance of the gift card does not cover the next renewal billing charge.
When will I receive my refund?
Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have been processed. Please note cancellations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for on your current plan.
The way our cancellation process works is that once a subscription is canceled, it simply tells our system not to renew your subscription for a new cycle once the current cycle is over and to send out the remaining shipments.
For prepaid subscriptions
If you cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle. If you are subscribed for the discounted 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, you may cancel anytime during the subscription cycle but you will not receive a refund for the prepaid subscription. You will continue to receive monthly boxes until the end of your subscription cycle. For example, if you joined on November 15th and you sign up for the 3 month prepay, if you cancel your subscription in December you will still receive the December, January and February box, but you will not be charged for another 3 months and you will not receive any more boxes after February.
Can I change my renewal date?
Currently, all renewals will be charged to the card on file on the 7th of the month and this cannot be changed. If a payment cannot be processed, our system will automatically try billing once a day until the 17th of the month.
Afterward, if a payment is not processed, the subscription will go into an “suspended” status and reactivation will be attempted the following month.
If you need to postpone a renewal, you can contact our support team at support@faithbox.com and our team can assist you further.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged on the 7th of each month for your upcoming subscription. Therefore, if you want to cancel your subscription, be sure to do so before the 15th of the month or your payment cannot be refunded. Canceling before the 7th will prevent any charge from taking place.
How do I update my payment information?
Directions to update your payment method:
* Login to faithbox.com with your username (email) and password used at sign up.
* After logging in, the screen will pull up your account.
* Select edit in the credit card box and make the necessary changes.
* Then select save.
How do I apply a promo code?
Promo codes can only be used on single purchases and cannot be applied to renewals. If you believe you have another issue with a promo code, contact our support team at support@faithbox.com.
Please note that all promo codes must be implemented by 11:59 PM CST (Central Time) time zone.
How does checkout work?
Once you have selected your subscription, you will continue to the checkout page. If you have a promo code, this can be added underneath the line item as seen here and the discounted amount will automatically be applied and displayed.
If you need to remove an item from your cart, you can do so by clicking on the red “X” seen here.
If you are outside of the US, you’ll want to apply the shipping address first in order to see what the shipping charge would be for your order. This can all be done before you click on the “Checkout” button. This will help to avoid any accidental purchases.
Can I skip a month/renewal?
If you choose to skip this renewal you have the following options…
- Login at faithbox.com with your username (email) and password
In the Your Subscriptions box click Edit
Click Skip Next Renewal in the top right corner
Read the update to make sure this is what you want to do. Please note that prepaid subscriptions will skip the entire renewal. Example – if you have a 12 month prepaid subscription and choose to skip a renewal, your subscription WILL renew 1 year later.

I canceled my subscription but still was charged.
If this happens, it is usually because the subscription was cancelled after the 7th of the month. All cancelations and billing changes must happen before the 7th, or they will not process for the upcoming box/order. For example, if you cancel your Faithbox subscription on the 10th of May, you will still be charged for and receive the June box, but will not receive or be charged for the July box, or any box after that. If you cancelled before the 7th and were still charged, please contact customer support (support@faithbox.com).

How do I reset my password?
Under the “LOG IN” tab at the top of the website, there is a link underneath the Password box that says “Forgot Password?” Click the link and follow the instructions. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you are still having issues, contact Customer Service at support@faithbox.com
My Subscription
How do referrals work?
If you share your referral link with friends, they must make their purchase using your referral link in order for it to be counted on your account, as a referral.
For every friend you refer who joins Faithbox, we will give you $39.95 off your next Faithbox renewal! Your free box will be automatically applied to your next renewal. You must have an active subscription for the discount to be credited to your account.
Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes, subscriptions are automatically renewed. If you do not want to be charged for your next renewal, you need to cancel by the 6th of the month. After that, you will be charged and received the box for that month.

Is Faithbox apart of a church or bible study program?
Faithbox is not affiliated with a church or any bible study program. Faithbox is an independent company who strives to have it’s subscribers create a closer relationship with Christ and help members grow in their faith.
How does Faithbox give back?
Faithbox includes companies in each box that are eco-friendly and do good for their community. Faithbox provides jobs, meals, homes, and education to many different people and organizations across the world. Faithbox works with fair trade companies and has donated to a variety of organizations in the past such as the Arbor Day Foundation, Rice Bowls, and others. So ordering a box is making more of an impact than you can imagine.
How does Faithbox pick their artisans to include in each box?
Artisans are able to submit their products to product@faithbox.com. Our team carefully reviews all submissions and picks products that not only will our subscribers love, but companies that do good.
