Q: Is Faithbox a Christian company?

A: Yep! Our CEO and the entire Faithbox team are Christian and passionate about creating a positive impact in others and in the world.

Q: What is Faithbox? How does it work?

A: Faithbox in a non-denominational Christian company. We were started to help Christians strengthen their faith in God on a daily basis with our devotional and to bring joy with great products from companies that do good. Faithbox provides products that are unisex and great for teens, college students, and adults. For every box we ship, we feed an orphaned child 3 meals a day through our partnership with Rice Bowls!

Q: What's in the box?

A: Each month’s box is unique and based on a Christian theme that comes with our daily devotional of scripture, quotes, prayers. Plus, we include a curated selection of fair-trade, eco-friendly, and one-for-one products from companies who do good and have a positive impact.

Q: What is Everyday Faith? How does it work?

A: Everyday Faith is the devotional we publish every month. It's meant to give you daily bits of content to strengthen your walk with Christ. Everyday Faith comes in each Faithbox, but is also available on its own as a separate subscription. The shipping for Everyday Faith follows the same shipping schedule as our Faithbox subscriptions.

Q: When will I receive my first Faithbox or devotional?

A: If you purchase a subscription BEFORE the 14th of the month, your first box or devotional will ship out between the 20th and 25th of that same month and arrive by the beginning of the upcoming month. You will not receive the box from the same month your order was placed in. (i.e. your order was placed on February 8 but you will not receive the February Faithbox).

Example: You purchased your subscription on 2/08. Your first box will ship out around 2/20-25 and arrive for the beginning week of March. If you don't receive it by the 7th of the expected month (March 7th in this example), then let us know. Unfortunately, every now and then boxes do go missing in shipping.

If you purchase a subscription AFTER the 14th, then your order will ship out around the 20-25th of the following month.

Example: You placed your order on 10/22, which will get shipped out between 11/20 and 11/25 and arrive by the beginning of December.

Q: When will my one-off box ship and will I be charged for shipping?

A: One-off boxes ship daily. Once your order is placed, it will be processed the next business day and arrive between 3-7 business days. In the event your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday on EST, it will be processed the next business day. Shipping is included at checkout for one-off boxes.

Q: Can I purchase multiple subscriptions or one-off boxes?

A: Yes! In order to apply multiple addresses to a subscription or one-off box, you’ll need to purchase each subscription or one-off box separately. This is to avoid multiple boxes shipping to one address. If you have a bulk order, please email us at

Q: Will I receive tracking information once I place my order?

A: We are currently in the process of building out a system that will alert you via email with your tracking information and number. If you don’t receive an email and need tracking information, please contact our team and we will do our best to retrieve this information for you.

Q: When is my credit card charged?

A: Your credit card is charged on the day you sign up. It is then rebilled on the 1st of the following month if you signed up BEFORE the 14th of the month. Please note that for monthly subscriptions, we bill a month in advance for the upcoming box. For 3 and 12-month subscriptions, you are rebilled on the 1st of the month on the next renewal charge.

Example: If you signed up 2/8, you will be rebilled on 3/1 for a monthly subscription, 5/1 for a 3-month subscription and 2/1 of the following year for a 12-month subscription.

If you signed up AFTER the 14th of the month, you are rebilled the month after the upcoming month.

Example: If you signed up on 2/22, you will be rebilled on 4/1 for a monthly subscription, 6/1 for a 3-month subscription and 3/1 of the following year for a 12-month subscription.

Q: Can I purchase a regular/gift subscription in order to receive just a single box?

A: Since Faithbox is a subscription-based company, we only offer monthly, 3 or 12 month subscriptions. This is the same for our “gift subscriptions”. Should you want to purchase or try out an one-off box, feel free to visit our Shop page.

Q: What is the difference between a regular subscription and a gift subscription?

A: A gift subscription operates in the same fashion as a regular subscription. It will automatically renew at the end of its cycle and the items in the box are the same. The only difference is that it is being shipped to a different recipient than the person placing the order.

Q: Will my subscription renew automatically?

A: Yes, all subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycles. Should you want to stop your subscription from renewing, call us at 469.615.3321 before your next renewal.

Q: How do you charge for shipping?

A: Shipping is included at checkout and is calculated based on the renewal term. Most shipping in the US is $5 per month, so for the 3 month subscription term, $15 will be added at checkout for shipping and $60 will be added to the yearly subscription.

Q: How does a Gift Subscription work?

A: We’ve made it easier for you! All you’ll need to do now is add your recipient’s information and shipping address at checkout. Personal gift messages are no longer available and gift subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Q: How do Gift Cards work?

A: You can purchase a gift card and send it to your recipient via email. Your recipient will then apply the gift card code to their order at checkout and if there is a remaining balance, it will be applied to the next order or subscription renewal. Please note that if your recipient is using the gift card on a subscription, a credit card will need to be on file in the event the balance of the gift card does not cover the next renewal billing charge. As well, there is a 6-month expiration from the date the gift card was purchased.

Q: How does the checkout process work?

A: Once you have selected your one-off box and/or subscription, you will continue onto the checkout page. If you have a promo code, this can be added underneath the line item seen here and the discounted amount will automatically be applied and displayed.

If you need to remove an item from your cart, you can do so by clicking on the red “X” seen here.

If you are outside of the US, you’ll want to apply the shipping address first in order to see what the shipping charge would be for your order. This can all be done before you click on the “Checkout” button. This will help to avoid any accidental purchases.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do! We can ship almost anywhere. For more info on international shipping, check out this blog post or feel free to contact our support team for additional help.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO/PO Boxes?

A: We do! If shipping to an APO or FPO address, contact us for our military promo code.

Q: How can I cancel, manage or reactivate my subscription?

A: You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account in the upper right-hand corner of our website or by clicking on this Login link. Then you will apply your email address and password used to create your account. If you choose to cancel or reactivate your subscription, please call our team at 469.615.3321 and we'll be happy to take care of this for you. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.

If you are in the middle of a 3 or 12 month subscription, you can cancel any time, but please note that canceling your subscription won’t automatically issue a refund or cancel future shipments. This will only stop your subscription from auto-renewing at the end of its current cycle.

All account changes need to be received by the 14th of the month to be reflected for the following month. For example, if you were to cancel your subscription or change your address on March 16, these changes would go into effect at the end of your current cycle and not immediately for the current subscription cycle.

Q: How can I receive a refund?

A: Refunds are only honored 10 days after your initial billing charge. To do so, you will need to cancel your subscription from within your Faithbox account before the 10-day period expires and then contact us to issue a refund.

If it is after the 10-day grace period or if you have already begun a monthly, 3 or 12-month subscription, a refund cannot be issued.

Q: Why doesn’t my promo code work?

A: Promo codes can only be used on single purchases and cannot be applied to renewals. If you believe you have another issue with a promo code, contact our support team.

Q: I referred a friend - when will I get my free box?

A: If you share your referral link with friends, they must sign up for a subscription for it to be counted as a referral. Once someone signs up, you will be credited a free Faithbox from us as our appreciation for sharing the love!

Q: Will I receive the Faithbox that is posted on the Facebook ad?

A: We rotate the imagery in our ads and almost never reveal the upcoming Faithbox contents early, so chances are it will not be the same products you see. Hopefully, the box you receive will be even better though!

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We are open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST. Please allow our team 48 hours to get back to you. However, we will certainly strive to answer your questions as quickly as possible.
